Our service focuses on offering a professional service exploring each Clients individual requirements and defining their project needs and working with the Project Team to manage the delivery of these needs within their project.   We offer a complete Construction Management and Project Management service from project feasibility and design conception, through planning and building regulations approval through construction and an individual after care service. We provide individual flexible construction services that are tailored to each individual Clients needs. 

Construction Management involves managing all aspects of a construction project, from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, and delivering the construction activities and managing all stakeholders involved in the project. The construction manager acts as a representative for the Client, ensuring that the project meets its objectives and meets all safety and quality standards.

 A principal contractor is appointed by the client to control the construction phase of any project involving more than one contractor.  Our service includes the planning, management  and coordination of the construction phase including  managing the flow of health and safety information between the Client, Principal Designer, and other contractors.

The Contract Administrator plays a crucial role in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing communication among stakeholders including maintaining detailed records throughout the construction project including tracking contract performance, managing variations and ensuring all parties agree to the contract terms.

We aim to work with every Client from the earliest opportunity, through the project itself and beyond completion. By building a close relationship with each of our Clients we are able to co-ordinate each project from start to completion and beyond. 

Services we can provide include searching out and finding prospective sites, preparing feasibility studies including comparing funding options both in private & public sector and working with Clients to negotiate development agreements.
