Send us your information and we will produce a set of tender documents including Preliminaries, Schedule of Works, Form of Tender and Tender Invitation Letter but this can be adapted to suit individual Client requirements. We prepare tender packages, identify a supply chain, tender proposed developments, analyse and produce tender reports to our Client and prepare contracts. We are experienced in the use of JCT, NEC and bespoke Forms of Construction Contracts.

Value engineering is a structured approach used to review project design to find the most efficient and cost effective solutions. The goal is to maximise the return on investment by identifying unnecessary costs and eliminating them through alternative approaches. This method ensures that the project owner is not overpaying for quality when a more cost-effective option exists that performs just as well.
